Hi, my name is Dario. Welcome to Villa Rosa bed and breakfast.
Since 2007 I have made my villa available to travellers who want to spend their holiday in Cefalù. Here in Villa Rosa bed and breakfast, our guests can take advantage of both inside and outside spaces. In order to offer you a perfect holiday, we can offer you our experience, some information about what to visit, and some suggestions about events and the most typical restaurants in Cefalù.
Parking
Our free parking is available both for cars and for motorbikes and it is inside the villa. You can leave your vehicles and enjoy a short walk to the city center.
Garden
The villa faces the gulf of Cefalù. Our garden has tables, chairs and beach chairs, in order to give our clients the possibility to take profit of beautiful sunsets in a peaceful oasis near to the beach and the city center.
Location
Villa Rosa bed and breakfast is in Via dei Mulini no.4, a peaceful area of Cefalù reachable by car. We are 500-meters far from the beach and 650-meters far from the Medieval city center.
Breakfast
A rich Italian and international breakfast will be served in the main terrace. We are also available for gluten-free breakfast upon request.
Cefalù and Madonie National Park
Sandy beach
The sandy beach of Cefalù extends for 2 km from the Gulf of Marina Vecchia to the Promontory of Santa Lucia. Along the waterfront you can find both free beach and paid beach club.
The Cathedral
The Cathedral was built by the Norman king Roger II overlooking the city center of Cefalù. It became UNESCO World Heritage thanks to its unique architecture and precious mosaics.
The Rocca
A 260-meters high mountain rich of archeology, nature and architecture from where discover breath-taking views above the Medieval city center and the Tirrenian coast.
Mandralisca Museum
The Museum hosts important finds and pieces of art collected by Enrico Pirajno, Baron of Mandralisca. Inside the museum there is a worldwide renowned painting, “Ritratto d’ignoto” by Antonello Da Messina.
Gibilmanna
A citynot to be missed, a few kilometers from the city center. Choose to discover the hills of Cefalù and the 800-meters high Sanctuary of Gibilmanna by car, by scooter or by bike.
Castelbuono
It is an important destination for people who loves Medieval architecture, natural excursions and the excellent gastronomy.
Madonie
Pizzo Carbonara (1979 meters above the level of the sea) is the highest mountain of Madonie Natural Park and the second highest mountain of Sicily, after Etna volcano. A stop-over not to be missed for people who loves nature andexcursions.
Trekking & MTB
Trekking, Trail running and MTB lovers will find many courses to travel inside Madonie National Park.
